About the Opportunity
MM Flowers, one of the UK’s leading fresh flower suppliers, is looking for an organised and detail-focused Stock Control Operative to join their warehouse team in Alconbury Weald.
In this role, you’ll help ensure that every stem, bouquet, and packaging item is in the right place at the right time. You’ll track stock movements, carry out stock checks, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly all while supporting the business in delivering high-quality products to customers across the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out daily stock checks and record movements accurately
- Support the Stock Control Section Leader with inventory management tasks
- Help identify and correct stock discrepancies quickly
- Keep the warehouse tidy and compliant with health and safety procedures
- Communicate with other departments (like Intake and Despatch) to maintain accurate stock levels
- Take part in stock audits and contribute to improving stock control systems

Key Details
Hours: Average 38.5 hours per week (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday)
