About the Opportunity
MM Flowers is one of the UK’s leading fresh flower suppliers, delivering quality products to major retailers across the country. As a Despatch Picker, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring customer orders are picked, scanned, and prepared accurately and efficiently making sure every bouquet and product reaches its destination on time and in perfect condition.
You’ll work as part of a close-knit warehouse team, supporting production, managing stock, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, scan, and prepare products accurately for dispatch
- Deliver stock to production lines quickly and efficiently
- Store and track stock using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure all stock is labelled, scanned, and recorded correctly
- Check incoming deliveries for quality and accuracy
- Work closely with Quality Control and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues
- Follow health and safety and hygiene standards across all warehouse activities

Who They’re Looking For
You’ll be organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take responsibility for getting things right.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch environment
- Be confident using scanning or stock management systems
- Communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Be proactive and dependable under pressure
- Understand warehouse health and safety practices
- (Bonus) Hold or be willing to gain a forklift licence

Hours: Average 38.5 hours per week (4 on / 4 off)
