About the Opportunity
MM Flowers is one of the UK’s leading fresh flower suppliers, delivering premium quality products to retailers across the country. As a Reach Truck Operative, you’ll play a key role in the despatch team safely moving, scanning, and storing stock to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, teamwork, and taking pride in doing things right the first time.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve pallets
- Load and unload vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track stock
- Pick stock from production for customer orders
- Support the despatch team with stock accuracy and timely delivery
- Complete daily pre-use checks on equipment and report any issues
- Follow all health and safety and manual handling procedures

Who They’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who’s safety-conscious, dependable, and confident working in a warehouse setting.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have experience operating a reach truck or similar MHE
- Be familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanners
- Have great attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicate clearly and work well in a team
- (Bonus) Hold a valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB or equivalent) or be willing to train
