About the Opportunity
MM Flowers, a leading UK supplier of fresh flowers to major retailers, is looking for an organised and proactive Intake Booking Operative to join their team in Alconbury Weald.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the intake process managing trailer bookings, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring the smooth and timely flow of products into the site. You’ll work closely with hauliers, drivers, and internal teams to keep everything running efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the booking-in process for trailers and deliveries, ensuring they’re scheduled and directed to the correct bays
- Check paperwork and delivery details to confirm the correct products are received
- Keep accurate records of bookings, delivery times, and trailer movements
- Act as the first point of contact for hauliers and drivers, providing clear instructions
- Communicate effectively with teams including Supply Chain, Quality Control, and Production
- Help identify and solve scheduling or delivery issues quickly
- Maintain safety and compliance in all booking and intake activities

- Be proactive and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly
Key Details
Hours: Average 38.5 hours per week (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday)
