About the Opportunity

The Fore is the UK’s only venture philanthropy fund dedicated to supporting outstanding small charities and social enterprises, providing grant funding, strategic support, and connections to help them grow and create impact.

As a Programmes & Engagement Coordinator, you’ll play a key role supporting both the programmes team and partnerships team. You’ll help coordinate events, support communications and social media activities, assist with grant-making processes, and provide vital administrative support across the organisation. This varied role offers real exposure to social impact, charitable giving, and community growth, and is ideal for someone friendly, organised, and proactive who wants to start or grow a career in the social impact sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating online and in-person events with partners, charities, and volunteers
  • Supporting scheduling, venue bookings, invites, and feedback collection
  • Drafting content and helping plan social media communications
  • Assisting with processes for funding rounds, CRM updates, and peer learning programmes
  • Helping with data collection, impact reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Keeping records, databases, and task systems up to date
  • Supporting the whole team with ad-hoc operational needs
