About the Opportunity
Inspire 2 Ignite CIC is a youth-focused social enterprise working to reduce the number of young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). We design and deliver transformative experiences that help young people discover their purpose, build confidence, and move towards meaningful work.
This Business & Marketing Administrator Internship is an exciting entry point into business operations, marketing, and project coordination, working directly with the CEO. You’ll gain real insight into how a growing social enterprise operates day to day, supporting campaigns, communications, and organisational delivery while developing highly transferable skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the CEO and wider I2I team, supporting a range of business and marketing activities, including:
- Supporting the CEO’s diary and administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefings, and following up actions
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, creating and scheduling content and organising digital assets
- Creating and scheduling posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Drafting written content for newsletters, reports, and updates
- Supporting communication with partners, board members, and collaborators
- Helping track project progress and campaign outcomes
- Supporting day-to-day business administration, events, and logistics
