About the Opportunity
APEX Horticulture is part of the MM Flowers Group and supports innovation across the cut-flower and wider horticultural industry. The team works to improve growing methods, quality, and sustainability, helping ensure flowers are produced to a high standard.
This work experience placement offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a large horticultural business operates, giving you exposure to different areas of the organisation and how teams work together in a professional environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
During the placement, you may:
- Support day-to-day activities within the horticulture and innovation teams
- Help with basic tasks related to plant handling, testing, or preparation
- Observe how quality, processes, and standards are maintained
- Work alongside experienced team members and learn about different roles
- Gain an understanding of how projects are planned and delivered
Tasks will be explained clearly, and support will be provided throughout the placement.
