About the Opportunity
MM Flowers is one of the UK’s leading flower businesses, supplying fresh products to major retailers and managing large-scale commercial operations across the supply chain.
As a Commercial Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the commercial team. This includes working closely with customers, managing data, supporting product launches, and helping ensure smooth communication across different departments.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment, while developing skills in customer management, operations, and commercial decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Communicating with customers, including buyers and product teams
- Managing and updating data, pricing, and product information
- Assisting with sales forecasting and planning
- Supporting product launches and range updates
- Working with teams across NPD, Technical, Packaging, and Planning
- Helping resolve day-to-day challenges and improve processes
