This apprenticeship offers a hands-on introduction to IT infrastructure within a large, fast-paced organisation, giving you real experience supporting the systems that teams rely on every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting networks, servers, and cloud-based systems
- Helping manage devices, user access, and identity systems
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Applying updates and maintaining core IT systems
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day technology needs
