As an IT Automation Apprentice, you’ll support the business by helping to streamline everyday IT processes reducing manual tasks and improving how systems run across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning how to automate routine IT tasks and processes
- Creating scripts and workflows using tools such as PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate
- Supporting the automation of reports, system tasks, and background processes
- Identifying inefficiencies and helping design smarter, automated solutions
- Testing, improving, and maintaining automation workflows
