About the Opportunity

As a Project Engineer Apprentice, you’ll support engineering, automation, and improvement projects across the business gaining hands-on experience while learning how real engineering projects are planned, delivered, and improved in a live environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting engineering and automation projects across growing, packing, and distribution areas
  • Assisting with the delivery of new equipment and process improvements
  • Working alongside experienced engineers on real projects
  • Learning how projects are planned, managed, and delivered safely and efficiently
  • Developing practical engineering and project skills through on-the-job training and study
