  • Helping grow Welch Bakes’ online community and engagement
  • Supporting campaigns for new products, seasonal launches, events and special offers
  • Exploring collaborations with local businesses, community groups and influencers
  • Tracking how content performs and using the results to improve future posts
  • Supporting website, email and other marketing content when needed

  • Hands-on experience creating content for a real and growing local business
  • The opportunity to build a portfolio of real-world social media content and campaigns
  • Experience across social media, marketing, branding and content strategy
  • Mentoring and support from the Welch Bakes team
  • Creative freedom to develop and bring your own ideas to life
  • Experience growing and engaging an online community
  • An opportunity to develop photography, video, copywriting and digital marketing skills
  • Experience using performance data to understand what makes content successful
  • Flexible experience combining time in the bakery with working from home

Who They’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a professional content creator, but you should genuinely enjoy social media and be excited about developing your skills.
