About the Opportunity
Moss UK has been creating visually impactful branded environments since 1994, working with independent companies, global brands, and agencies across retail, sport, exhibitions, and events.
They are now looking for a Fulfilment Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of their busy Fulfilment department. This is a leadership role focused on people management, workflow coordination, quality control, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with the Fulfilment Manager, you’ll help ensure products are packed and shipped safely, accurately, and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the daily operation of the Fulfilment department
- Allocating work to team members to meet deadlines and customer requirements
- Monitoring stock levels, workflows, and departmental performance
- Contributing to KPI reporting around efficiency and stock utilisation
- Attending daily production meetings and supporting problem-solving
- Supervising machinery use, housekeeping, and departmental procedures
- Supporting quality control processes, including reducing waste and rework
- Helping identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting the training, development, and performance management of staff
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Supporting health & safety compliance and safe working practices
Who They’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone confident leading people and managing workloads in a production or logistics setting.
Preferred profile:
- Aged 25+, with previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Industry or sector background is not important, the key requirement is experience leading and supporting a team
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in packing, shipping, logistics, or warehouse environments
- Confidence working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Strong organisation, communication, and people skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive improvement
- Good IT skills and comfort with admin and reporting tasks
