Project Abundance is recruiting for flexible, ad-hoc positions within our eco-friendly ground maintenance and landscaping team. This role suits individuals seeking hands-on outdoor work with genuine opportunities to progress.
About the Opportunity
You will support the upkeep and development of our gardens, woodlands and community spaces. Tasks include general landscaping, organic ground care, site maintenance, clearing, composting and supporting wider project activities. The work is outdoors and physically active.
What They’re Looking For
- No previous experience required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn practical skills and follow guidance.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Driving licence is useful but not essential.
Pay and Progression
- Starting at minimum wage.
- Six-month performance review.
- Clear potential for increased hours and responsibility for those who show commitment and reliability.
