About the Opportunity

Looking for a role that blends responsibility, guest service and a behind-the-scenes view of hotel operations?

As a Night Auditor at Novotel Cambridge North, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests overnight, managing check-ins and check-outs, maintaining safety protocols, and helping keep the hotel running smoothly while the city sleeps.

You’ll also carry out security rounds, process guest payments, and complete night audit tasks all while helping ensure a five-star guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to overnight guests
  • Managing bookings, check-ins/check-outs and guest queries
  • Completing nightly audits and financial reports
  • Monitoring safety and performing security checks
  • Handling room service orders and early morning breakfast prep
  • Supporting the hotel’s emergency and safety procedures
  • Learning about front-of-house hotel operations and systems

  • Friendly, professional and confident communicator
  • Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
  • Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
  • Interest in hospitality, guest services or hotel management
  • Willingness to learn—no prior experience needed (full training provided)
  • Must be 18+ due to night shift hours and role responsibilities
