About the Opportunity

Novotel Cambridge North is looking for a warm, welcoming, and motivated individual to join their team as a Receptionist. This is a fantastic chance to start or grow your career in hospitality while being the first point of contact for guests and ensuring their experience is memorable from arrival to farewell.

You’ll be trained in all front-of-house functions, supported to succeed, and play a key role in connecting with guests and colleagues to deliver a high-quality service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
  • Managing reservations, emails, phone enquiries, and administration tasks.
  • Supporting the team to achieve hotel service and financial goals.
  • Balancing banking transactions and assisting with food & beverage when required.
  • Upholding Novotel standards and personalising guest interactions.
