About the Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Y Spa team at Wyboston Lakes Resort as a Spa Guest Services Assistant.

You will work closely with the Drift Inn Guest Services and Bistro teams to ensure guests have a positive and memorable spa experience. This is a hands-on role in a busy spa environment, where organisation and attention to detail are key.

The spa operates Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 8:30 am and 9:00 pm on a rota basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the full guest journey within the spa
Opening and closing the spa safely, including completing required paperwork
Carrying out health and safety checks (pool safety, walkarounds, first response)
Managing linen (ordering, organising, and handling clean/used items)
Cleaning and maintaining all spa areas to a high standard
Hosting guests in areas such as Sound Wave Lounge, Hydromassage, and Mind Body Space
Supporting with deep cleaning tasks at the end of the day
Working with the Duty Manager to resolve any challenges
