About the Opportunity
Want to be part of one of the UK’s biggest festivals for entrepreneurs, innovators and changemakers?
Ideas Fest 2026 is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring two incredible days to life. Taking place at Champneys, Tring on 9-10 September 2026, Ideas Fest brings together over 6,000 entrepreneurs, more than 200 talks, and inspiring speakers, founders and business leaders from across the UK.
As a volunteer, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for attendees while gaining behind-the-scenes experience at a major national event.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the volunteer team, you may:
- Welcome and support festival attendees
- Help guests find their way around the event
- Assist with registration and information points
- Support event logistics and the smooth running of activities
- Work alongside the Ideas Fest team and other volunteers
- Help create an enjoyable experience for thousands of visitors
No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the chance to experience the energy of a large-scale festival while developing valuable workplace skills.
