About the Project
The Big Listen is a community event taking place on Friday, 5th June 2026 in St Neots’ Market Square, bringing together the local community for a day of connection and celebration.
Description of Volunteering Position
As a Content Creation Assistant, you’ll help capture the magic of The Big Listen as it happens. Working alongside the PR & Media Team, you’ll photograph, film and document the event, helping to create engaging content that shares the day with a wider audience.
Responsibilities
- Photograph and/or film key moments throughout the event
- Assist with creating social media content on the day
- Help capture interviews and attendee testimonials
- Share content with the social media team for posting
Requirements
- Own a smartphone or camera capable of good quality photos/video
- Creative eye and enthusiasm for capturing moments
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with members of the public
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
