About the Opportunity

Looking for your first step into the world of work?

G’s Fresh is offering a paid 12-week internship opportunity within its Recruitment team. It’s designed for someone with little or no previous work experience who wants to learn, build confidence and develop valuable workplace skills.

You’ll work alongside a friendly and supportive recruitment team, with coaching and guidance to help you learn as you go.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll get involved in:

• Scheduling interviews and supporting candidate management
• Reviewing applications and organising candidate information
• Communicating with candidates by email and phone
• Keeping recruitment records and databases up to date
• Supporting recruitment events, careers fairs and community outreach
• Helping with general recruitment and Talent Acquisition administration
• Learning how recruitment and candidate management works

Travel: There is no public transport to the site, so you’ll need to be able to travel reliably to and from work each day. Travel options and support can be discussed where possible.
