Our mission is to dramatically reduce the number of young people who are not in education, employment, or training. We develop and deliver targeted programmes and experiences that engage and empower these individuals, providing them with meaningful opportunities and support.
Our Vision

SAM SQUIRE
CEO
Formerly aspiring to be a professional footballer, Sam’s career took an unexpected turn when, at 19 years old, he did not receive a contract renewal from Cambridge United. Finding himself NEET after 11 years of dedicating his life to sport, Sam began working with the Cambridge United Community Trust as the Youth Development Officer, where he developed and delivered various programmes to support youth in the most deprived areas of Cambridge. In the last 5 years, he has engaged with 10,000+ young people aged 6-24 in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Milton Keynes. Today, at just 23 years old, Sam uses his personal experience and professional coaching skills to drive significant change and provide strategic direction for our initiatives as our CEO.

Georgia has spent the last two years taking the first steps in her career at Bidwells. This has consisted of engaging with students and teachers at local schools, sixth forms and colleges whilst recruiting new talent through apprenticeships, graduate roles and work experience. She works alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager (Gemma Pluck) in a small team of two recruiting for 10 Bidwells offices across England and Scotland. Initially Georgia started out as an apprentice studying Recruitment, after finishing with a Distinction she now has the title 'Talent Acquisition Assistant'. Whilst being an aerial fitness fanatic and keen baker in her spare time, Georgia is motivated to inspire young minds and is an advocate for both Degree Apprenticeships and Apprenticeships.

M&J is very social in and outside of work and he gets the opportunity to play 7 a side football once a month with his work colleagues.

Our aim is to support the local talent in our area while also showcasing the industry to the younger generation. The print and signage industry is not something that appears at careers fairs, many young people don’t know how rewarding a career in the print industry can be, it creates the potential to give back to an industry that has provided me with a life-long career.

Dario started at M&J 5 years ago as a Trainee Surveyor, He was working full time and studying Construction at college which he did one day a week. Today, Dario is a Senior Surveyor which he has been doing for around 10 months now. Dario knew a few people that worked within the industry, and felt that influenced his choice to study construction. M&J is very social in and outside of work and he gets the opportunity to play 7 a side football once a month with his work colleagues.

"As a young person myself, I understand the struggles some young people in NEET may be facing when trying to begin a career. There is a lot of pressure on young people to have their careers mapped out when they have not had enough or any opportunities to realise their passions and potential. Our aim is to support the local talent in our area while also showcasing the industry to the younger generation. The print and signage industry is not something that appears at careers fairs, many young people don’t know how rewarding a career in the print industry can be, it creates the potential to give back to an industry that has provided me with a life-long career.
