Follow-Up
Once you’ve submitted your opportunities, one of our team members will follow-up to gather further context on your organisation and confirm your business profile details.
Your opportunities will then be available for young people in the Inspire 2 Ignite community.

Optional Review
You will then gain complimentary access to a comprehensive review for your organisation. These questions have been carefully crafted based on insights gained from young talent, focusing on what they value most in a potential employer. Our CEO Sam Squire
Over the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of engaging with more than 15,000 young people and asked over 100,000 questions to deeply understand their needs, priorities, and challenges in entering the workplace. This experience has taught me invaluable insights, especially the fact that 67% of young people see meaningful feedback as essential, yet often feel ‘ghosted’ or unsupported in traditional recruitment processes.
For young individuals who have never experienced formal work settings, due to the pandemic, secondary schools no longer making work experience compulsory, or lacking supportive social networks, 4 meaningful employer engagements can reduce a young people from becoming NEET by 81% and can significantly impact their confidence, self-belief, and trust in employers. Such experiences can quickly spread among peers, severely affecting an organisation’s reputation with emerging talent.
Furthermore, our data indicates 74% of young people consider clear and visible career progression pathways critical when evaluating potential employers.
