Impact of 'Curious About Industry' experiences
This week, the Curious Entrepreneurs have been out on the road with Alex Hughes and Sam Squire at two new ‘Curious About Industry’ experiences. The groups of 16-24 year olds have had the opportunity to learn and explore three industries; manufacturing, tech and archaeology.
Watch Alex and Sam’s live stream featuring some of the Curious Entrepreneurs, industry leaders and experts in their field.
In Mildenhall, at CamdenBoss Ltd, the group discovered how technology and innovation can help manufacturing companies to scale. They impressed the group of tech and manufacturing leaders with their entrepreneurial mindset, financial literacy, and drive. The session helped the entrepreneurs understand how to leverage technology to scale their own businesses, and how it can help overcome common industry challenges.
Meanwhile, at the MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) processing centre in Stansted, another group channelled their creativity and worked together to make a top secret 60 second film from scratch. The talented team did everything, including; storyboarding, script-writing, animation, filming, photography, voice acting, lighting and interviewing the archaeological experts. The result was an impactful asset for MOLA, which will help them engage with and inspire the younger generation.
The Curious Entrepreneurs have proven that their curiosity knows no bounds, and that they are willing to dive into new and exciting industries to learn and grow. We look forward to seeing where their curiosity takes them next, and the exciting innovations and discoveries they will bring to industry.
