Inspire 2 Ignite Launches Regional Results Day Campaign to Support Young People Through GCSE and A-Level Milestones
Results Don’t Define You. Whatever Your Results, There’s Always a Next Step
This summer, Inspire 2 Ignite CIC has launched a regional Results Day campaign to ensure that no young person feels alone, overwhelmed, or directionless as they receive their GCSE or A-Level results.
For many, results day is a pivotal moment filled with pressure, expectations, and uncertainty. That’s why we’re working with schools, colleges, businesses, community organisations, mental health charities, and sports clubs across the region to provide a united front of support.
Together, we are opening up safe spaces and sharing tangible opportunities – online and in person – that help young people take the next step, whatever that may look like.
“Results don’t define you. Whatever your results, there’s always a next step - and we want every young person to know they’re not walking it alone.”
Sam Squire- CEO, Inspire 2 Ignite
What the campaign includes:
- A regional signposting campaign to direct young people (and their parents/carers) to trusted support services and guidance – from mental health to further education, apprenticeships to entrepreneurship.
- A library of inspiring video messages from employers, community leaders, and role models sharing stories of growth, resilience, and unexpected career paths.
- Printed posters for organisations to use locally – all leading to a live opportunity portal via QR code.
- Physical safe spaces hosted within the region where young people can talk, ask questions, or simply breathe.
- Opportunities for parents and carers to access guidance on how best to support young people navigating results and transitions.
The initiative is built on two core beliefs:
➡️ Results don’t define you – you are more than a grade.
➡️ Whatever your results, there’s always a next step – and we’ll help you find it.
Whether that next step is further education, training, employment, a new direction – or just time to reflect – the campaign exists to make sure young people have people, places and pathways they can turn to.
Join the movement
We’re calling on all youth-focused organisations, local leaders, employers and communities to get involved – by sharing messages, opening your spaces, or signposting your support.
