What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Event Coordinator, you’ll support the team in delivering exceptional experiences for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Senior Account Managers with client projects
• Researching luxury venues, hotels, suppliers and unique experiences
• Creating detailed itineraries and client proposals
• Designing presentations using Canva
• Assisting with premium ticketing and concierge requests
• Supporting luxury gifting projects
• Updating customer information using HubSpot CRM
• Researching and sourcing suppliers
• Helping ensure every client experience runs smoothly

No two days are the same, and you’ll gain experience across a wide variety of exciting projects.
